projects

Update: June 9th, 2009

Like many, I have a bunch of projects that get some of my attention. This here is a list that is guaranteed to not have everything. I may or may not add other projects as I remember them.

Pseuduino

Kind of like an Arduino, smaller and less-featured than a Freeduino. Originally built out of about six bucks worth of parts I already had on hand. More info to come, including a schematic and maybe a board design. Perhaps someday there will even be a PCB available.

8087-S1

A silly thing to get an Arduino to make obnoxious noises. With a handy dandy GUI Python frontend even. Ooh, aah. See more by hitting 8087-S1 Noisemaker over there on the right, or visit its page on my other blog on LMR.

Console Rovio

This is my first-ever Python program. As the name implies, it’s a text-mode client for operating a Rovio from a Linux terminal, complete with an ASCII video feed! You can get it from it’s page on googlecode. Development is currently stalled due to the untimely death of my duty PC.

Wikepage

Wikepage is a tiny (< 38k) PHP wiki engine. The project leader was looking for additional developers some time back, so I offered my services. Since then the mailing list has gone silent though. I need to get in touch with them again. Learn more at wikepage.org or it’s SourceForge project page.
